Qualifications Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience in handling complex technical projects Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information effectively to various stakeholders Proven Team Leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess project performance and troubleshoot challenges Experience in the maritime industry, particularly in military vessel production or management, is an advantage Proficiency in project management tools and software Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field is preferred
