Your primary responsibility will be to assist TurboTax customers by answering questions about our products and tax return software. You'll handle queries regarding: Downloading and logging in Getting started and basic navigation Importing documents Printing and filing taxes Basic tax inquiries We provide continuous support to ensure your success. You'll also be paired with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to assist you during live customer interactions. Qualifications: No accounting background is necessary—just a passion for helping people and a willingness to learn! Strong communication skills to provide clear and empathetic assistance.
